Connection with others and yourself is healing. The saying is that no man is an island, meaning that we need community to thrive. I know this because I have lived it. I used to live a lonely life and then I put myself out there, went to new places and met so many wonderful people. Had I not done that, I would not be here as a Channel to help you.
