I received my first Energy Work (Reiki) certificate in 2022 at 22 Teachings and have sinced then learned many more modalities. Before this I did a lot of inner work for almost a decade and felt that energy still needed shifting in my body. The skills that I have learned and practice are what has helped me in my evolution.

I only channel Love during our session, the Love of Spirit. I only believe that there is one Power, God/Source/Divine.

Reiki is a safe, gentle, non-invasive form of natural hands-on/off, energy-based healing. Reiki originated in Japan in the early 1900s and is widely used in many settings, including medical facilities. The term Reiki comes from the Japanese words “rei,” which means universal, and “ki,” which means vital energy that flows through all living things.

Reiki complements all other types of medical and therapeutic treatments. Reiki is not a substitute for consultation with a physician, a practitioner of natural therapeutics or a psychotherapist. Reiki
increases the efficacy of all these other types of healing.
