Go Within and Come Out Brighter

For me, healing has always taken place in the unknown. That is probably true for everyone. What is known to us won't make us grow. This weekend I went to a sexual polarity workshop that was held by Angel Londin Winters and Justin Patrick Pierce. It was intense and exactly what I needed. It cracked my heart open and showed me where I am uncomfortable when it comes to sexuality. I went to the workshop because I am continually exploring new depths of my heart and uncovering wounded parts of my psyche. I have to find these parts in order to heal and integrate them. Doing this has been my mission for the last three years and it turns out that healing just means coming back home to myself. To that self that I was born as, a being from the Divine that deserves the best.
