Service Description

This session is conducted remotely over Zoom or via phone call. I recommend finding a quiet space in your home where you can sit or lie down for the length of our session, wear relaxed, comfortable clothing. I recommend that you meditate daily before our session and think about what intention you would like to set for our meeting. Be sure to be well hydrated as we will be shifting and moving energy. What to Expect: Before our session commences, you will have filled out an online form during checkout, this is for you to express your intentions and areas of focus for our time together. This ensures that your session is personalized to address your specific needs and desires. During the Session: Our journey together begins with a heartfelt conversation, where you'll have the opportunity to share how you're feeling and any thoughts or emotions you wish to explore. Following this, we'll embark on a guided visualization and meditation, allowing you to enter a state of relaxation and receptivity. As the Reiki session unfolds, you may choose to leave your camera on or off, according to your comfort level. I can also guide you throughout the session if you'd like me to. I will not talk to whole time, just during times when I let you know where on your body I am sending you energy and what I feel. I may ask you questions if I am feeling emotions that you may be feeling. After the Session: At the conclusion of our time together, we'll reserve a space to reflect on the experience and share any insights or sensations that arose during the session. This post-session discussion offers an opportunity for us to deepen our connection and further integrate the healing energies into your being. Be sure that you hydrate after the session as we will have moved and shifted energy in your field.
